Totally disappointed with the staff and facility here. Information online was not up to date - so beware, if you have children under 40" you will be required to walk 2 miles up a very steep grade (they cannot ride the gondola). And the staff was completely heartless about it. What was supposed to be a fun filled family day ended up being totally frustrating, only to lead to more disappointment when we saw how short and not steep (lame) the tubing area is. Which is actually nice when it comes time to carry your own tube back up to the top. Food was decent, but that may have been because I just hiked uphill two miles with a screaming two year old on my back because the poor thing couldn't ride the gondola up with his sister and daddy.
On the bright side, the view was stunning.
And then we had to hike back down two miles.
I don't know how this place is still running. It needs new management desperately. We will never go back under the current management.

No one answers the phones! It forwards you to their voicemail box which is full, clearly they need better customer service. I was interested in visiting this location but I'll take my money elsewhere
